Cancellations
Substitutions may be made at any time, but please advise us of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel your registration, please contact the conference secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 4 November 2011, a full refund will be given less a 20% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 18 November 2011, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted that for cancellations after this date, or for no-shows at the conference, the full registration fee will be payable.

In the unlikely event that the Organisers should deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. The Organisers shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of any travel arrangements made by individual participants.
