Extended stay
We have negotiated special prices for 3 nights accommodation (including breakfast) in the prestigious Seiler Mont Cervin Palace (conference venue). Delegates will have the option to extend their stay in Zermatt included at the negotiated hotel rates. If you check this option, we will contact you by e-mail to discuss your specific accommodation needs.
Children
You are welcome to bring your children along. Many recreational activities, ski-school and/or kindergarten are possible in Zermatt. If you check this option, we will contact you by e-mail to discuss your specific needs.

Cancellations
Substitutions may be made at any time, but please advise us of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel your registration, please contact the conference secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 12 March 2010, a full refund will be given less a 20% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 26 March 2010, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted that for cancellations after this date, or for no-shows at the conference, the full registration fee will be payable.
In the unlikely event that the Organisers should deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. The Organisers shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of any travel arrangements made by individual participants.
